Experienced, trustworthy, fun. These are just a few of the ways to describe this invaluable member of our team, Tandi Walker. She has served as Elementary teacher for the past five years and has experience in teaching Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 3rd Grade. She has taught Reading, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.

Tandi is native of Dyersburg, TN. Upon graduation, she furthered her education by received her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from Touagaloo College in 2014. While attending Tougaloo College, she was very involved with activities such as the Mississippi Association of Educators Collegiate President, 1st Vice President of National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Kappa Delta Pi Education Honor Society, and initiated in the Gamma Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She has also obtained my Master's Degree in Elementary Education of Jackson State University 2017. Presently, she is finishing up coursework
at JSU in efforts to obtain her Specialist Degree in Psychometry.
Tandi believes that all scholars have that FIRE that burns within them to be ignited by some such as herself!
